Wildstone Joint-Venture
Morocco
In 2025 Xtract became 50% shareholders in Wildstone SARL, a Moroccan-based mineral exploration and development company which is developing small scale mining opportunities in copper, silver and antimony in Morocco. Wildstone holds 15 non-contiguous licences in Central Morocco that offer high potential for the establishment of near-term small-scale mining.

Western Foreland Copper Project
Zambia
The Western Foreland District is considered one of the most promising regions for copper discovery globally. Located adjacent to the Central African Copperbelt its favourable stratigraphy and structural setting is believed to have the potential for large, high-grade sediment-hosted copper deposits like the Kamoa-Kakula deposit complex in neighbouring DRC.

Silverking Copper-Silver Project
Zambia
Xtract Resources PLC is actively developing the historic Silverking Mine via resource definition drilling that aims to extend known high-grade, breccia-controlled Cu-Ag resources along-strike, and at depth. The Silverking licence is highly prospective for the development of large-scale Iron Oxide Copper Gold (IOCG) deposits like the neighbouring Kitumba deposit, that recently attracted considerable investment. Several additional targets remain underexplored on the wider licence.

Bushranger Copper-Gold Project
Australia
Xtract Resources PLC holds a 100% interest in the Bushranger copper-gold project in the Lachlan Fold Belt, New South Wales. The project contains two porphyry deposits with 2022 JORC (2012) compliant combined total resources of 599Mt @ 0.22% CuEq, including a shallower high-grade zone at the Racecourse prospect hosting a total of 191Mt @ 0.33% CuEq.
Chilibwe Copper Project
Zambia
In October 2024 Xtract entered into an exclusive collaboration agreement with Chilibwe Mining Limited (Chilibwe) for a period of 24 months in relation to the development of licence 22118-HQ-LEL, strategically located in the Zambian Copperbelt between the major Mufulira mine (Zambia) and the Frontier mine (DRC). Xtract is initially providing guidance to assess the prospectivity of the Licence and subject to results, it may assist Chilibwe in securing finance and developing exploration on the licence in return for a 25% interest in the project.
